I produce a newsletter for the tenant customers of our housing association.
Many of our readers are on low incomes and I want the Christmas edition to contain some useful ways of making Christmas a more joyous occasion for them.
It would be great to produce a Jamie Oliver Christmas recipe for all those on low incomes (there are thousands in social housing) so they can really share the experience and report back on how it helped enjoy what for many may be quite a meagre Christmas.
Any ideas would be most gratefully received
Kind regards and good luck with the Ministry of Food project

Hello there.
I just dipped in to the blogs and by chance found this post...I was wondering if you posted this question in the forums, for example the 'Ministry' forum? Your query will be much more visible there and you should get some help from some of the lovely people on this site.
I will have a think and see if I can come up with any ideas. Also, have you looked at the recipe section here, you can download recipes and then print them off.
I wish you well, ![]()
