I am always looking for new places from where I can buy fresh real veggies and fruits, and by this I mean from farmers. I've got this tip from a colleague about a market in a village not far from the place where I'm living. So, here I am on Saturday morning, waking up early, getting in the bus direction.....still unknown to me. After looking around, I finally found the small, but very nice outdoor market. It was smelling great, I felt like in my parents garden back home. So I took a deep breath and started to screen the place. One of the things that caught my attention were the quinces. Oh my God, I haven't had them since ages! So in the memory of the old times I decided to make quince marmalade.....Have a look what came up in the end...

Wonderful! I made quince marmalade for the first time for decades this year! It is special! You have a particularly beautiful colour there!
