I never know how to cook salmon, so please Carla would you share this classic with more details for un'asinella sitting in the last seat  in fondo alla classe

Andiamo Mada!!!!!altro che asinella! The way I cook the salmon is the simplest. Put some oil,garlic,maggiorana and rosmary in a non sticking pan and when the oil is warm,just lay the salmon.Salt and pepper.You can add alittle white wine at the end or as I did today some lemon juice. I like to sparkle with green and rose pepper for the flavour. It is really nice and salmon it's supposed to be very good for women!
