I think I'm going to pop a butternut squash soup on the hob and some chicken and apples in the oven.

I brought leftovers from last night's chicken fajitas to work...so a flatbread, chicken, onions, peppers, guacamole and salsa, topped with some homemade yogurt. Still enough to have another one tomorrow!
